"Disgusting behaviour"
I placed an order last year November 2025.
To date I have received no emails, no status of shipping. I get ignored on all fronts.
I am disgusted by their customer service ( if you can call it that)
This feels like a complete an utter scam and they have basically stolen my money.
It grates me that I have to walk away with nothing and they sit happily with all my money.
I can’t believe a company that happily advertises their products daily and don’t deliver in any way, shape or form.
It’s shameful and I am so angry with Rawwgear.
I’m sure they don’t give a sh&t though.
I hope I get a reply but trust me, I won’t hold my breath

"This brand is wild"
This brand is wild. Their seamless shorts are totally not useful or squat-proof, and I can’t even send them back… What a bunch of cheap scammers.

"Terrible Experience"
This site is the worst. I made a purchase on Black Friday, and here we are a month later with no shipment in sight. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls at all.

"Avoid This Place: Poor Stock Management and Customer Service"
These clowns can't even keep track of their inventory - they happily take your cash but don’t bother to let you know when items are out of stock. I had to go through the hassle of sending them an email after waiting over a month for any sort of response - only to find out they had oversold the item. Nice job, folks. Zero communication. To add insult to injury, they offered me a pathetic apology (which does nothing) along with a measly 10% discount - something anyone can snag by just signing up with a new email, which takes no time at all.
On top of that, they refunded me for the item they didn’t have, but took away the discount, so I ended up getting back way less AND they still charged me 40 bucks for shipping, haha.
What a joke of a customer service experience and a total lack of common sense. This company really stinks. I'm switching to Team Young LA.

"Shipping Costs Are Way Too High"
The cost of shipping is just too steep. The price of the gear is also pretty pricey. It doesn't add up. The listed prices are higher than what you'd find in the market.

"Could be a scam, orders never shipped"
I placed an order and didn’t get any tracking info for more than a week. Eventually, I asked to cancel it, and all they could say was, "sorry you wish to cancel your order." Seriously? They didn’t even attempt to ship my order, and I’m in the same state! No apology for their unprofessionalism or any kind of offer for their slowness in shipping. Honestly, I can’t recommend this company at all.

"Truly the most frustrating experience"
This has been truly the most frustrating experience! I've sent countless emails and made calls that I can't even keep track of! Zero replies! When you ring them up, you just end up leaving a message. No one gets back to you. Same deal with emails. Seriously, don’t throw away your time or cash. I'm reaching out to the BBB. I really don’t want anyone else to deal with this nonsense. Totally unacceptable!!!

"A Disappointing Experience with a YouTuber's Gym Merch"
It's a bummer to see a YouTuber with a solid concept for gym gear who just can't seem to keep up with demand. Every time they release something, it vanishes in a flash, not due to high demand but rather because they don't make enough. Plus, the shipping is a real drag! I waited three whole months for a pair of shorts! Do yourself a favor and look for better, more affordable gym gear somewhere else. This guy clearly isn't in it for the right reasons.

"Totally ghosting me"
They messed up my shipping, and when I reached out, they pretty much just said no to my refund request and then began to completely ignore me. Seriously, don’t waste your time with these folks.
